D-Generation-X presents
Void Construct + Fredustein.
Thursday 27th July
The HobGoblin,
York Place, Brighton.
Doors @ 9pm
Admission £2.

D Generation X presents Void Construct + Freudstein @ The Hobgoblin (downstairs).
Following the success of the first D Generation X we`re back for more of the same. This time we`ve got some live acts for you (though we will be continuing with DJ only nights as well in the near future).
Void Construct from Southampton, continuing our policy of pouncing on the UKs hottest new acts and hitting them very hard with big sticks till they agree to play for us. Only a few gigs under their belt, but already wooed to play this years InFest and with several rather impressive European industrial labels including Zoth Ommog sniffing around them, we know you`ll be blown away by this lot. We`ve heard them compared to Funker Vogt, and have no problem agreeing wholesale with this.
Joining them will be Brightons best loved exponents of Technoir, Freudstein, fresh from their rocking gig at Londons Club Noir, who will be playing selections from their genre destroying forthcoming debut album.
Resident DJ Kink (Wendyhouse / Mut-IL-ate) will be on hand for CDJ Duties, assisted by Guest E23 (Endorphine Visions / Mut-IL-ate).
Doors are from 9pm-1am (no entry after 10:30pm - this is not negotiable) and entry will be a mere 2 quid, with all drinks at Pub prices.

Inertia, the Galan Pixs + the Nine.
Friday 4th July.
the Free Butt,
Phoenix Place, Brighton.
Doors at 8pm.
Admission £5/£4 concs.

In association with Cryonica Music, we present another of our worldclass EBM line ups, featuring Inertia, The Galan Pixs and The Nine.
Inertia should need no introduction to any of you by now, clearly the UKs finest EBM act, one of the first groups to mix Industrial/EBM shapes with the sounds of the hard trance techno scene and in our opinion one of the most energetic live bands to emerge from any genre. New album Positive Angel received 4/5 in Rock Sound magazine if that tells you anything. The band are fresh back from their much praised US tour, so expect them to be on fine form.
The Galan Pixs join us from their native Germany playing one of a handul of UK Dates with their enormous Industrial / Electro sound.
The Nine need no introduction to those of you who saw them support Project X at The Ray Tindle Centre back in March, or who saw them blow the competition out of the water at this years Elektrofest at Londons LA2. They hate it when we say this, but we still can`t think of a better description than Depeche Mode on Speed. If you don`t bounce like lunatics to this there's something wrong with you all.
As if that wasn't enough, dj TOM (Lowlife) will be providing the entertainment between bands!
At The FreeButt, behind Phoenix Gallery, Brighton 8pm-11pm, 5 quid / 4 quid concessions.

D.U.S.T. + Fatter Than God,
Friday 25th August
upstairs at The Hobgoblin.
Doors at 8pm.
Admission £3.50/£3.

Another up and coming UK band, this time from Cardiff, D.U.S.T. have quite simply blown us away with their current EP "Die Hand Die Verletzt". Those of you pulling sour faces at the increasing tendency towards electro mayhem at our gigs will be delighted to know the D.U.S.T. are bonafide geetar heroes. Yes they are. Not that they don`t have a finely honed array of programming skills in the mix as well. Basically, imagine a cyber literate London After Midnight and you won`t be far off. Now how can you resist the opportunity to see this exclusive warm up set for their show at this years Dystopia festival?
Support acts just confirmed as Fatter Than God the little belters, and musical interludes will be provided by NowhereGirl65 . 8pm-12am, 3.50/3.00 on the door.
